Northern Michigan
Planing a trip to northern Michigan in mid August. I want to stay a week in one of the RV parks around the north end of the Machinac Bridge. Any suggestions? Do I need to make reservations?

- X2 Mill Creek in Mackinaw City is your best bet. Be sure to take the Jet Cat ferry to Mackinaw Island for a full day of touring.
- Mackinaw Mill Creek for sure. Free Shuttle to downtown and ferries. Great sites and friendliest people.

Try to get a waterfront site at Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping - We really like Lakeshore Park Campground in St Ignace, since we wanted full hookups and didn't care about lots of kid oriented activities. When we were there in mid August it was full most nights, so I would make reservations.
