No personal experience, but online reviews repeatedly talk about needing to disconnect tow vehicles or toads and park them next to the RV (and being easily able to do so).
The info PDF also suggests this is the case (though none to clearly) when it says that "No Vehicle over 40' is permitted in the RV lot" and then a bit later that "Only one vehicle and one camping unit are permitted for each RV site." I take that to mean you can have up to two "pieces" in your rig, neither one of which exceeds 40' length.
