Ok to run a generator at night if no one is around?

No difference running a generator at night as the same as in the day! If you can run your generator 8 hours in the day, why not 8 hours at night? I see no difference at all. As long as you don't mind the sound of the motor running and you have no one camping around you to annoy, why not?
