I don't know much about generators but I hope you can do it safely. If not I am in trouble along with many others in a hurricane zone.
I am planning on buying a genny for emergency use after a hurricane / maybe camping. I live on a canal on NC coast and could not get a generator 75' from my house without putting it in my boat, a neighbors yard, or the middle of the street. Makes no sense to me.
Seems if it were 25' away and your windows / vents closed it would be ok, but I will not give advise as I don't know.
Dumb question: where does exhaust from built in generators in RV's go? why are they not a danger?
