Ok,change in direction! Atlantic ocean in February(ish)!

We were in the Ft Pierce/Vero Beach area in Jan-Feb and although we did not swim, found the water warm enough if you wanted to swim. Also consider that we were from Maine where the ocean water at its highest usually only gets around 68 degrees.
