In the Greensboro area:
Woodalls, ranks
Greensboro Campground ($40/night - $36 with Good Sam discount - full hook-ups, pull-through - reservations) higher than
Oak Hollow Campground. ($35/night full hook-ups, all back-ins, I believe - no reservations). I'm not sure why, I like Oak Hollow better.
If you are just looking to get off the road for the night, Greensboro Campground will be more convenient; you can see it from I-40. That's a negative for me; you can hear I-40 traffic in the campground.
Another campground to consider would be
Tanglewood Campground ($31/night full hook-ups, all back-ins - reservations). Tanglewood is about 1 mile off of I-40 and is west of Winston-Salem and is 43 miles from Greensboro Campground which is east of Greensboro.
