With a 45' 5th wheel and the truck you won't fit in anything in the park. You'll need to park outside the national park. West Yellowstone is your best bet.
Our 40' motorhome and car fit in a few of the park's campgrounds but you're too long.
As mentioned, Old Faithful is not the only place you should zero in. There are many awesome sites through the whole park. Drive every road in it for a good experience.
Don't forget about the neighboring park - Grand Teton Nat'l Park. It's a beauty and is completely different in looks and things to do.
Each national park in the country has an awesome web site of things to do, road information, opening/closing dates, campgrounds, special alerts, etc. Check them out.
