Ontario Health Card renewal from out of Canada??

Oh DOH! I didn't realize my OHIP card was going to expire on my birthday in March. I will still be in Florida at that time. Is there any way to renew it from here or at least get an extension until I ...

No, there absolutely should not be. You can't give a door for fraudsters to use. It's bad enough that the old white and red cards with no photos or security features at all are still accepted.
