Winchester Bay RV Resort (a County owned park, not private) has trailer spots along the Umpqua River with a view of the river and ocean inlet. The outside spots are perfect for looking out the back of the trailer. The MH spots only have a view of the boat harbor, not nearly as nice IMO.
Reservations here are absolutely necessary particularly in September. It may even be too late to capture an outside spot this year. But it is worth a try.
