Yes your schedule is way too rushed - We lived on the Oregon Coast and this winter will be our third winter on the coast in 5 years - never would i think of three days in Portland and why Willamette? - Bend however could be a week on it own.
We will be on the coast from 4/40 to 6/9 and I would stay longer if I could
