Overnight at Thermopolis WY -- Hot Springs State Park

We are thinking of breaking out trip from Devil Tower to Grand Tetons - GV with a stop in Thermopolis and a dip in the Hot Springs. 1. Is the Hot Springs worth a half day? 2. Any place close...

Thermopolis is well worth a day, at least. Aside from the above recommendations, there is a very neat little Hot Springs County museum.
