- Hiker_01Exploreraccording to RVParky.com, that store does not allow overnight parking. There does appear to be other alternatives in the area that might work for you.

Last year on our trip south we were told by security guards that we could not overnight at this Walmart anymore. They were sending everyone to the Home Depot parking lot. Is this still the case?
We've stayed there a few times, but it's been probably 2 years since we stayed there. There have always been signs there stating no overnight parking, but when we've asked the Store Manager, he always said it wasn't a problem.
The no overnight parking is probably a local ordinance and the town is finally starting to enforce it. Might be best to call ahead and ask or stop at Brunswick, GA and stay at the Walmart (exit 38) or Flying J (exit 29).
-Michael - sljohnson1938Explorerthere is a Flying J at Brunswick, GA which we have stayed at several times.
No problem there, unless they have changed in the past year.
Not sure of the mile marker, but it is about mile 35 or so. - Bird_FreakExplorer III would stay at the FJ exit 29. We do it every year. The Walmart has a very small parking lot there.
