This might work in North Platte, the
Buffalo Bill Ranch State Historical Park and
Camping; never stopped there, but driven by on US 83; nice looking campground by the river.
Some years ago, when traveling on I-80 in Nebraska Westbound to Denver. We did an overnight at a rest area with visitor information. Somewhat large area. Can't remember exactly were. As I remember it was not far from the I-76 split off to Denver.
Nebraska RestArea: Camping is prohibited. Maximum length of stay permitted is ten (10) hours.
(So an overnight without setting up like camping should be OK.)
We were in a C-Class when we did our overnight.

OverNights at CO RestAreas ::::::
DittoMaybe 6 hours stay? But I'm pretty sure we stayed a little longer. Seems I asked at the Visitor Center. But maybe not. Been too long. May have been someone working outside, if there was a Walmart in town & they said people overnight at the rest stop. ?
There is a Walmart Supercenter - that does allow overnighting. In Sterling, CO.

Might have been in Sterling where we did our stay at the rest stop. ???
