overnight off I5 Stockton, Ca
Looking for a campground with at least electric and pull through site. Planning roadtrip for next year.

I've stayed at all three. I would prefer French Camp.
The KOA you are referring to is/was on eight mile rd near the RR tracks, it is no longer there, closed a few years ago. I would recommend Flag city RV, take hwy 12 off ramp from I5 and go east just a couple of blocks. There is a flying J there also and many fast food places. Easy off and on.
