If I were you I would take Hwy 2 out of Spokane and stop at the Grand Coulee Dam. Its not a long drive and very interesting. We camped right on the road in town.
Day 2, I would stop at Lake Chelan, and if you can squeeze out staying two nights, take the boat up the lake. Its so pretty.
Day 4 would be a drive across the Cascades on Hwy 2, but since your kids want to go to Seattle, find a private RV park.
Day 6, I would take the ferry to Port Angeles, RVs are allowed, and stay at Dungeness or better yet, Fort Flagler.
Then drive west on along 101, making sure you stop at Ruby Beach just for a look at Gods country. Camp along the ocean, there are a number of nice places
I'd also try to get reservations at Cape Disappointment, with its 2 lighthouses and pretty beaches.
There is a bridge to cross nearby to go into Oregon so I would do that, drive to Tillamook for an ice cream cone, and then take Hwy 8 to Portland.
After Portland, take Hwy 3 east. It is a scenic drive and so pretty. If you have time go to John Day Fossil beds and check out the Chinese Doctor museum in the town on John Day.
14 days is really not enough time to see it all. You might want to do check out just one state and return at another time to see the other
