For Washington wine country, this year we stayed four nights at 4-Seasons RV park in Walla Walla and four nights at Columbia Sun RV park in Kennewick. The first had paved pads but otherwise fairly basic; the second is new and had lots of frills. I would call ahead for reservations.
On the Olympic peninsula, we enjoyed five nights at Oceanside RV in La Push, WA. Sites are small, but you are right on the beach and not far from the rain forest. The Rivers's Edge is the best (and the only) restaurant in town; we had a great salmon (freshly caught) dinner for $12 each, and a salmon burger for lunch. Call the RV park ahead for reservations; the place is popular with locals for fishing and surfing.
