Pretty sure the economics is along the lines of the motorhome I bought new! It does not pencil out. It is more about having a tradition, a place, where my family can come together to enjoy and relax.
And yes, I had asked for help months back in finding a winter place like we had stayed at in LV. Hemet was suggested. We ended up not going there, but to PS instead.
