Palm Springs lot ownership

We spent some time in Palm Springs and are considering buying a rv lot in one of the resorts. Anyone with experiences at any of these locations as either a renter or owner? Only interested in ones that aren’t age restricted. Thanks in advance!

    How much time did you spend. Months? We have spent several two-week stops and those are always about 6 days to long. There just isn't that much to do in Palm Springs unless you are in to, and can afford, golf or tennis. One week covers all of the arts venues, etc. Spend at least one season before buying to know whether or not you'll have enough activities.

    Have you done the economics? Ownership vs. renting? Are you sure, after spending “some time” in PS, this is where you want to be? I understood Hemet was your choice? Or was it Las Vegas?
