There are plenty of parks where the full 'rack' rate is beyond the price point of many folks but with the PA discount they will pay & stay. On a multi night stay the discount one night & rack rate for the second night may still be worthwhile to them. A win for the CG since it gets paid for 2 nights that might have been empty.
