I said that it was an "informal" survey, simply counting the occupied spots out of the total. "They" said that many were on their way November 1. Even more were going to be here after the election. Then this week was to see a big rush. Still waiting. The park models and mobile homes are much more populated but they are harder to count than empty parking spots.
