permanent rv sites

Hi, we are recently retired and would like to find a pre owned rv already set up on a lot in some place warm like Texas or Arizona . I have heard there are brokers who specialize in selling these. I have done some computer searches and havent found anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction for locating these. Thanks for any help you can give!
