Pet-friendly loops at Fort Wilderness

Question

When I started the online process of reserving a campsite at Fort Wilderness, I expected to see an option for requesting a pet-friendly loop on the site. There was no place to request one, or even put down that you are bringing pets, not even in the "add amenities" window. There is also no capability for adding special requests. I could call their travel agency, but I suspect that most of the agents will just be using the same information that I have available on the website. Do you know how I can be certain that I get a pet-friendly loop, if one is available?

Just about every loop is now pet friendly. They will ask you at check in if you have any pets. Call the campground and ask to be put in a pet loop, I ask for a specific loop every time I go and I get it, just not a specific site.

Call Disney directly, not through a travel agency, especially for Fort Wilderness. 407-W-Disney or 407-934-7639.

We have always had good luck talking directly to a Disney cast member. They can put down all your request and wishes. Your can request a specific loop, but they do not guarantee it. We have even gotten our preferred loop, booking 3 days in advance last March.

Don't went you plan to go BUT, There are few if any sites in Jan or Feb of 2014.  Call hope you have more luck than us!!!!!!!
