I totally agree with the OP. I am not a dog hater but please dog owners take responsibility for your pet. I also hate it when the 4 yappers in the next site that are in a cutesy little pen go crazy and bark, bark, bark incessantly every time I go out the door of my trailer. It has often happened when I go for a walk around the RV park after dinner and some idiot has their dog outside unleashed and the stupid thing charges out of the site and growls threatening at me. And what does the owner say "he doesn't bite and is always friendly". What! the dog just charged at me in a threatening manner, what is friendly about that. ALL DOGS BITE just give them the right circumstances where they feel their owner is threatened.
