But yes - I tend to agree with you about the situation. Owners are just more and more totally inconsiderate/unaware of the rest of out world!!
When I grew up most folks trained their pets!! Now - to see a properly trained dog walking with tits master is very rare - at least in park/CGs we get to!
You can tell if the owner really cares about that pet!!
