You might take a look at this one. The last time we drove by there were no Park Models but it's only 150 sites and minimal activities.
Eagle View RV Resort
Just left there this morning. Attended some spring training games. I enjoyed Eagle View, not much in park activities but on the edge of town so lots of open space adjacent. Nearby casino w/ restaurants. Attractive smaller clubhouse and pool, everyone we encountered there was friendly (employees and campers). Easy to get back to Scottsdale, Tempe etc. Very long back in sites.
