Photos of New Fishing Bridge RV Park - YELLOWSTONE

Hey Gang. I've been searching for some time both here and mr. google but have not found any photos of the newly renovated fishing brdige RV park at Yellowstone. I've even looked on Yellowstone / Xantera website, and they still show the ancient pics of yesteryear.

Anyone out there know of any? We've stayed there before and as we plan 2023 trips were wondering what it's like now. Thanks.
  • I hear the utilities were upgraded and the entire place was repaved. I know there were some before and after photos on the internet. I haven’t seen them in a while though.

I see there are a couple in the link above, but there are more detailed photos out there.

Ugh. They kept the pay showers, such a crappy concept and worse implementation.

They can't please everyone. Would you prefer they charge you at the gate for showers or they were free? In PA state parks the nightly rate starts at $15, then everything gets added to that Ala Carte. If the campground has running water with flush toilets and showers they call that "modern" and you pay $4.00 per night added to the $15.00 for it whether you use them or not. Reserve in a loop designated a pet section and pay $2.00 per night pet or not. The rate structure is thus.

    $15.00 base rate.

    Premium- Friday, Saturday, Holiday $4.00
    Modern campground $4.00
    Pet site $2.00
    Electricity $7.00
    Water and Sewer $13.00
    Extra Car $5.00

So in a class A with toad on a weekend on a FHU site in a pet loop, you're at $50.00 per night. You do not use the showers because you're all self contained but you still pay for them. The very limited number of FHU sites they have are always in pet designated areas, so no pet and you eat that $2.00 per night also. How's that for crappy concepts.

It looks like Yellowstone built a gubmint version of a pack them in like sardines commercial park with sites jammed together like a KOA.

Have never stayed at FB, but for some reason, I thought the major changes were re-doing the utilities, ie: water & electric, I wasn't aware that they were doing any major physical changes to the sites, however, I have been known to be wrong before. ;)
