pigeon forge in early May

We have always stayed in Sevierville. Years ago we stayed at River Plantation and we liked it ok. Last fall before the fire we spent a week at Two Rivers Landing and really liked it. Pull in spots looking over the river we saw eagles almost every day. Big draw for us it the actual national park. The Smokies is the most visited national park so crowds are large and traffic can be annoying. We really enjoyed going back to Two Rivers end of day for some quiet time.
