Well I can't guarantee you a warm December, but I can guarantee that you'll love Pine Mt. You'll also have privileges at the hotel across the street. As Duck said, the river sites are the best if you can get one. Pine Mt is close to all the activities of Pigeon Forge, but far enough away that you don't hear all the traffic of the main drag.
