- WoodGlueExplorerPismo Coast Village RV is about the best. Full hookups and a nice store, nice staff and closer to the beach (out past a walk around berm)
WoodGlue - roman_travelerExplorerPismo coast Village is a great park if you can get in. Right next to it is a state park that looks good, no hookups but short walk to the beach. Pacific Dunes Ranch has full hookups and friendly staff, long walk to the beach, narrow sites, but not a bad place to stay. Ask for the hilltop area, not the lower level. Pismo Sands is close to Pacific Dunes Ranch and is highly rated. There is another campground, name escapes that is a long narrow single row parking. Bad news, train track runs right behind your rig and rumor has it you better lock everything up at night. We have stayed at Pismo Coast Village many times and also Pacific Dunes Ranch. Have never stayed at the others I mentioned. Good luck.
