We just left there yesterday and were on site 32 in our 43 ft MH. We thought it was the best site in the park with plenty of length and a large yard area on our entry side. However, I can understand what you say about some of the sites. Our water hookup was very close to the neighbors entry and our sewer hookup was under the end of the coach, but was just back of the rear tires. I almost felt guilty with all of our space and our nice neighbor beside us had very little. I think the old part of the park was designed for small campers and they are trying to put bigger rigs in the spaces, but the pull-through sites in the new section appeared to be better designed.
