Davis Camp north of Bullhead City, Arizona. It's a very large complex originally built for the workers building the Davis Dam on the Colorado. It's operated by the Mohave County, website www.mcparks.com
There are four rv parking areas, RV-A through RV-D. RV-B through RV-D are all full hookups at $19/day, $114/week, $356/month and they are all together as shown in the second photo. No access to the river that I could see short of driving to it or taking a long hike.
I was in RV-A which is electric and water only at $16/day (no weekly or monthly rate) but very close to the river as the above and this photo shows:
Only occasional traces of internet via Verizon AirCard and no cable or local television but great for a day or week at a white sandy river beach!
