I'm please to report the outcome of this tale. DW called the pharmacy we deal will at home. According to them - this is not the first time they've seen this happen and here is what was done. Using Poste Canada (Canada Post) and US Postal Services a registered (small padded) envelope was shipped immediately from Canada. Five (5) days later it arrived here in south Texas. Case solved! Thanks all.
