Private Member Owned Campgrounds - Califonia

Hi Everyone, I'm looking into buying a campsite but I have only found one campground in California so far that sells camp sites. It's called Calaveras Timber Trails. It's located in Avery Californi...

Wow those are a bit much for me. The one I looked at started at around $7,500 and up for the lot.
