Ranch Ventana had two up for sale, $20,000 and $115,000. It's an 55 and older. I'm a few years away from that. I just turned 52. I'm not into golf.
I was looking else where since the first place I looked at did not have power or sewer just water at the site. I may have to reconsider if I don't find anything else.
