Quandry at Yellowstone campground - extra person(Update)
In followup to a closed thread earlier about having an extra person at a Yellowstone campground campsite.
I took the advice of some to communicate via email with National Park Service personnel my situation of having one extra person(7 people, our family unit size changed) in relationship to the stated rule of a max 6 people per campsite. The National Park Service and their campground vendor(Xanterra) have both stated that as long as they are one family unit I will be fine, and also that being 4 of the 7 are children plays a role in the decision.
