South Lake Tahoe will have Zephyr Cove RV park and Campground or these Campgrounds
Yosemite's most likely going to be packed. You might want to try Sonora or Jackson area.
Marble Quarry Campground is within walking distance of Columbia, 35 miles from Calaveras Big Trees, and close to Railtown 1897.
Gold Country Campground in Pine Grove has a pool, water park and mini golf to keep the kids busy.
If you have your heart set on Yosemite, I'd recommend staying outside the park and driving in. You won't be likely to score sites in the park at this date. If you come in from the north on 120 Yosemite Pines has a really nice play area for the kids, pool, mini petting zoo type area and a on site gold mine they'll walk you through.
High Sierra RV in Oakhurst on Highway 41 is 17 miles from the South entrance to Yosemite. Closest to Wawona and a good 1 1/2 - 2 hour drive to the valley floor.
