My vote would be with Rafter. Been going there each summer for the last 10 yrs. They start taking 2015 reservations in November not sure of the exact date. I would book early and ask for the Island Loop large shaded sites with FHU.
I would disagree they are very Harley friendly at least have been for us and our friends.
