When there are SIGNS telling you NOT to go into the water, it IS time to blame the parents.
We all have been taught as soon as we could read to "Obey Signs". Signs are there for a reason and could save your life.
When the "Hurricane Warning" signs go up on the beach do you still go swimming? :W
Actually, the sign said "No Swimming". They werent swimming. The lawyers will have a field day!
