We have stayed at Leos campground on Stock Island. Sites are tight but full hook up. A few blocks away from Boyds.
The bus stop is on the corner of their property so its easy to get into and back from downtown( Duval St.)for about .50 cents each way.
Certainly not fancy or exclusive like Bluewater but the staff was friendly and the location was closest to Key West.
