But to answer the OP's original question. I would consider your campsite for only an overnight pass through spot. I suppose if I had employment in your area, something like this may appeal to me. But as a "week end warrior, 2 week a year camper", I would not be interested, except as an overnight stop on my route to some other place. Considering you are 5 miles from the Interstate, I might skip you too. I can probably find something closer on my path. I'd search it out first to see what's closest so I woldn't have to venture off the main road very far ... for an overnight.
