Reasonable Priced Hotel in San Luis Obispo/Pismo Beach

Looking for clean/reasonable priced hotel in the area...Stayed at some of the higher ends ones on or near the beach, but would like some input about what you have found in the area..Will no be taking ...

Like I said dealers choice, $200 a night doesn't sound reasonable as per the OP's post.
