Recommend a riverside campground within 3-4 hours of Balt MD

Would like recommendations for a place to camp and mainly canoe down a river with mild water movement and maybe has a shuttle service? :-) Would prefer nicely wooded sites. We have a 26' TT.. Wate...

Thanks everyone. I'm leaning toward Shenandoah River State Park. Can anyone recommend a particular site? Are any of them more secluded than others? From what videos I saw and pictures I could find... The sites do not look very woodsy
