Recommendation for a RV Campgound iin Boone NC
Looking to go the mountains in July, any recommendation for the Boone and Blowing Rock mountains of NC.We used KOA several years ago and not impressed.

- We go several times a year (one of our sons attends ASU) and Honey Bear is where we always stay.
- Several years ago we stayed at Flintlock CG. We were there 3 nights as we traveled the Blue Ridge Parkway with our toad. It is on a main road but at the bottom of a long downhill. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet.
- I’ve been to Honey Bear CG just outside of Boone. Nice CG.
