Recommendation for RV Park in Moab Utah

We have stayed at both the KOA and Spanish Trails RV Park in Moab. Not really a preference, but we we used Spanish Trails the second time we visited Moab. Can't comment on restrooms, as we use our onboard facilities. Don't know what you mean by "safe". Neither was run down or had permanent residents, if that's what you mean. Cost of a FHU back in site at Spanish Trails last year was $39.22.

Both campgrounds are on the south side of Moab, so there are other campgrounds that are closer to Arches and Canyonlands.
