Recommendations for 1) Eureka Springs & 2) Memphis

We've been warned by friends from St. Louis MO about avoiding West Memphis if possible. They also recommended Beale St., Mud Island and Graceland as must see sights for us.

Question: If we park our RV, is there transportation available from Tom Sawyer into town? Alternatively, we will be trailering our maxi-scooters with us and could ride into town. However, we're not keen on riding if we have to pass through an unsafe area on the bikes.
