South of Tallahassee, Myron B. Hodge is a Sopchoppy, FL city park, about 30 acres with approx. 30 sites; 1/2 are FHUs and 1/2 are W&E. All sites are $15/night. The park sits on the Sopchoppy River, but I can't advise regarding fishing. It's close (24 mi.) to Edward Ball Wakulla Springs SP, one of the world's largest fresh water springs. No camping at Wakulla, but it's a great day trip..
Ho Hum RV Park is right on the gulf in Carrabelle, FL. There are a couple of military parks around the Panama City area. I use this site to locate Fed/State/City&County parks. It might be of help to you.
Looking at pics of Ho Hum and can't tell, are there concrete pads or do you park on gravel, sand or what? Other than that, it looks like an awesome place!
