- DannyAExplorerNice campground was there twice last year.
We were there in the summer (June or July) and the fall.
During the summer the mosquito's were terrible. I heard how bad they were but had no idea, worse than I could imagine.
We enjoyed the fall trip very much without mosquitoes!
Not sure if they are that bad all time, hope not but am afraid they are.
The campground is level and very pretty along the water.
The trees and water give the appearance of being in Louisiana. - navybankerExplorerIf you have time, visit Discovery Park of America in Union City. It is about 20 miles Reelfoot Lake and will surprise you! Depending on your interest, it could take a full day or more to see everything.

- Iraqvet05ExplorerNever camped there but I've been a few times. It is a beautiful lake with some cool attractions. The visitors center has a nice boardwalk through some of the swamp and an interesting pontoon boat tour (small fee but worth it). The visitors center usually has some injured wildlife on display too.
- Mr__CamperExplorerMy kids and I tent camped there about 30 years ago. After the first day we had crappie for lunch every day and catfish every night. Other than fishing there wasn't much else to do back then. You have to go at least once. Good luck.
