Refugio Oil Spill
Has anyone heard if the oil spill has affected Carpinteria Sb or Rincon or gone down as far south as Ventura ?

El Capitan is only about 2-3 miles south of Refugio. Carpenteria should not be affected yet. They say they have 3 rings of containment around the spill.
