We were in Yuma for a few days in November, there were numerous RV lots available at that time. My suggestion would be to check into an RV park (we stayed at Fortuna de Oro just off Foothills blvd) for a few days, cruise the foothills area and take down the phone numbers of a few lots that you like then make a few calls.
This winter we didn't stay on a lot in Yuma but we did get a monthly rental in November for the 3 previous years ($300 everything included).
