...just retired a couple months ago and we're talking over the possibility of trying a month or 2 next winter to see if the life style is for us.... my wife is quite picky when it comes to cleanliness.
KOA CG's rent real nice cabins at most of their larger CG's.
Won't give you the feeling of actually sitting on top of wheels, but it WILL give you the feeling/experience of what it is like having to live at a CG for an extended period of time.
It has been my experience that these cabins are 'very' nice which would make for a very very happy wife!
Kudo's to you for 'trying' out Snow birding before jumping in with both feet and a big investment for an RV, only to find out it wasn't for you. Good Luck! :C
